Dr Breffni Anglim O’Regan is a urogynaecologist and an expert in pelvic floor health. We discussed pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, including the controversial mesh surgeries,  and why Dr Breffni would like to see them reintroduced back into Ireland. 

We also discussed pessary rings, Botox , vaginal estrogen and Bulkamid and their role in incontinence, prolapse and recurring UTIs.
