Dr. Mirza sits down and talks about the importance of sleep in the role of physical and mental health with his old medical school classmate, Dr. Ashtaad Dalal, MD, Double Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

He completed his Family Medicine residency and Sleep Medicine fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA.  Dr. Dalal served as Chief Resident during his Family Medicine residency. He developed a great appreciation for Sleep Medicine while in residency and pursued it as the logical progression toward his goal of becoming a holistic physician. When discussing addiction, there are so many words that are just incorrectly used.
