The Ajna or Third Eye Chakra is the home of our intuition and our psychic abilities. We all have these psychic abilities but may not recognise them as such. In this meditation I am introducing you to the different ways in which our Higher Self, our Inner Knowing can show up. We focus into the Ajna Chakra, calm the nervous system with some breathwork and invite the expansion of our innate psychic abilites. Do let me know how you get on!
