Queer Women Rising® with The Luxury Lesbian™ Matchmaker, Sophia Spallino

After I use a whispering voice to explain what ASMR actually is, allow me to take you back to the peaceful memories of falling asleep in grade school during craft time as your classmates are sketching, filling in the lines of their coloring pages with markers, and tearing paper while the teacher is grading tests...and of course, I include a moment of gentle harp sounds.

Use this guided meditation to flood the peace of God inside your being. Feel love flow through through your resting body as you accept forgiveness and receive the free gift of grace.

Enjoy these guided affirmations that you can replay again anytime you need to practice some positive self-talk!
