For the first episode of 2021 Trista is VERY excited to be joined by her first guest from Bachelor Nation, Rachel Lindsay. In light of all that happened in terms of racial injustice in 2020, Trista felt it was important to continue the conversation with someone she considers a friend, role model, and activist, in hopes of being part of the steps toward progress. We get to know the Rachel that you may not have seen on “The Bachelorette”. She discusses the environment in which she was raised, privileges and stereotypes, and how we’re all just a little bit racist (like the Avenue Q song). It’s a big chat, an important chat, and one that will hopefully shed some light on ways in which we can better understand each other and help to create a kinder, more equal world, one person at a time.
