Jay Conner had his bank funding yanked, cancelled, terminated, without notice, in 2009. His real estate business suddenly threatened to be crushed by bankers, Jay turned to regular people for funding. He learned how to get the Golden Goose – and raised over $2.25 million ($2,250,000) in 90 days. Jay discovered all he needed to do was raise private money.
