How would you help a client who seemingly "can't get her head in the game". She wants to lose weight but finds herself drinking more alcohol in the evenings than she'd like. We've revisited her goals, she's led her action steps to move forward with, but most weeks she feels like she isn't moving forward as much as she would like and gets frustrated with herself.
Leveraging your reputation on the gym floor
How do you do marketing on the gym floor if its a pretty quiet gym and most people already know who you are?
Should you always include CTAs in all of your marketing emails and insta posts or should you look to just provide more value in some emails without asking for anything.
Bit of feedback on booking client sessions. Some clients want to know my availability in advance, but its hard for me to provide it as my schedule can change depending on clients who work shifts. I considered using a booking system for them to use and book their own sessions, but that will make my schedule an absolute chaos. Is there a middle ground to this?
