After spending 12 years in prison for crimes he did not commit, presenter and British broadcast journalist Raphael Rowe has since paved a way for himself and reclaimed his life by dedicating his career to shining a light on the prison system and miscarriages of justice.

Gabby and Raphael discuss how prison made him the man he is today, how he remained focussed and determined during his time in prison as well as what it has been like building relationships, raising a family and learning to trust people again.

Gabby is also joined by Ted Rosner, co-founder of Redemption Roasters, a prison-based coffee roastery, to speak about the importance of providing employment opportunities for ex-offenders.
