Meet August Biniaz

𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝘇 is the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼-𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗣𝗜 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset management divisions. With over 15 years of real estate experience, August has been instrumental in closing more than $𝟮𝟮𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀, delivering strong returns for investors.

August began his career as a real estate agent and later founded 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, building custom and spec homes across British Columbia.
