In this episode, I speak with Kim, the co-founder of “For Your Mind Boxes” and a survivor of many traumatic life events.
We dive deep into Kim’s childhood, her experience with neglect and shame, mental health and later in life - domestic violence, sexual assaults and suicide attempts.

Kim is passionate about sharing her story to spread awareness and show the world that she is a fighter and can turn things around and live a beautiful life after multiple traumas. Sharing her complex family and romantic relationships, she is incredibly vulnerable and transparent.

Finally, we hear the inspiration behind “For Your Mind Boxes”, how it all began and what it takes to run a successful online business in this space. Kim and her business partner David are passionate about supporting small businesses and making a difference in the lives of others.
