The insane pressure to be worthy as a woman is to birth. It breaks my heart that the only pathway for us is....that. Like we are just livestock, ya know? And the blatant double standards that men do not NEED to procreate is baffling and so frustrating. They get to walk the earth, dangaling swinging and just cool as a cucumber ready for respect.

Honestly, choosing to be childfree can feel like swimming against the current. The whispers of “You’ll change your mind” and “You’ll regret it later” echo from well-meaning family members to complete strangers. But here’s the truth that needs shouting from the rooftops: Choosing to be childfree is not only legitimate but can be just as fulfilling and joyful as choosing to have children.

Let’s break down why opting out of motherhood doesn’t mean opting out of happiness.
