I met Tom Harkin, founder of Tomorrow Man, in 2019 at a facilitated event run by Lululemon. 150+ legends were there to hear Tom speak about masculinity, what it looks like today and what it could look like tomorrow. Tom took us through some powerful exercises that opened up my eyes which is why I've brought him on the podcast.

He struggled with his own masculinity growing up, wishing he could be like the traditional bloke that was sold to him as a kid. On the night he said he hates public speaking and still gets nervous, wondering why he puts himself through that. But it's obvious to see that this guy has a massive heart to help guys, blokes, dudes and little dudes to redefine what masculinity is through disrupting the traditional stereotype of what it means to be a man, build emotional muscle and talk with greater depth, and reinvent a more flexible version of tomorrow's man.
