Reid Taylor is a Delta Firefighter who has now run 2 marathons wearing 45-pounds of his turnout gear. Reid has always been an athlete but endurance running was something entirley new to him.  After his first marathon he began to get chest pains and training stopped abruptly. We chat about how he overcame a 90% blockage in his artery and eventually geared up to run the marathon a second time in March 2024.  Donation Links: Donate Directly to Children's Hospital HERE  Reid's Links: https://www.32auctions.com/firefighter2024 https://secure.bcchf.ca/SuperheroPages/main.cfm?Event=ICE&Member;=72325 Check out Oofos Recovery Footwear here: https://www.oofos.ca Find all things from the podcast here! @trailrunningwomenpod  The Episode Archive: Patreon
