In the first season we interviewed people about their inner life and the tools they use to understand themselves. We discussed their relationship to spirituality, creativity, communication, with a particular interest in how these topics fit in an increasingly digital world.

To launch the second season of being underwater we wanted to try something new. In this episode we went back to our first guest Ben Mason, and talked to him about what had changed or maybe stayed the same since our first conversation. We go deeper into his relationship with spirituality, digitization, and we do a little experiment at the end to see how we relate to each other in the current moment. Going forward we will continue to interview new people, but we will periodically go back and see how previous guests have developed. We hope you enjoy!
