In this episode, we explore how we manifest what we believe. "I've been broke, but I've never been poor" - a phrase I first came across when reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki...a phrase which powerfully reference the difference between a temporary state (aka broke), versus a permanent state (aka poor).
Having heard it the second time around recently, I was reminded that we manifest our reality based on our beliefs...and because beliefs have a sense of permanence to them (ie. they stay the same should we not take the opportunity for self-enquiry), it's super powerful to be able to see what thoughts and phrases we tell ourselves that are causing our reality to be exactly how we want it...or a little below par. Here are some key things we discuss:
Exploring our perceptions of wealth and self-image: How can feeling "inferior" shape our journey toward abundance, and how does an expansive mindset change everything?
Self-image is key: We touch on the idea that if you're trying to bring your desires to life, it's crucial to evaluate how you see yourself. Are you embodying the person you need to be to achieve your dreams?
Manifestation isn't just about belief—it's about alignment. What are the beliefs buried deep within us that affect how we behave, make decisions, and interact with the world?
The concept of embodiment: We explore what it means to "embody" your desires, and how a shift in self-image can lead to quicker manifestations of your goals.
Personal reflections on reality creation: Drawing from years of experience and powerful stories, we discuss the idea of "default settings" versus conscious creation—how much of our life is predetermined, and how much do we actively create?
Neutralising energy: We discuss a practical method to bring expansive, confident energy from one area of life into another, sharing personal stories of how this shift has played out in real life.
As always, we'd love to hear your thoughts. DM me on Instagram with any questions or topics you'd like to explore in future episodes. If you enjoy this episode, please consider sharing it with someone who might find it helpful or entertaining!
