It is more off Broadway than an Oscar extravaganza as Kev, Finey and Stephen J Peak slip into the opening round of the AFL with their thoughts and selections. After a controversial inaugural season, Lenny's Fine Foods Footy Tipping returns.
Musically this week it is sporting songs of varying persuasions that come under the watchful eye, critical tongue and tone deaf ears of the Ruck 'n Rollers. All this and less can be expected in this episode.
Program's availability subject to natural disasters like bad hair days, over boiled cabbage and the odd cyclone. T's & C's apply.

On the Ruck 'n Roll menu this week a smorgasbord of tasty topics. There's cricket of all levels, from the elite in Pakistan to the headbutter in Gippsland. Football is served up in all flavours - AFL, NRL, and EPL. Musically Kylie tops the chart du jour from March 20, 1988 but does she make anyone's good or bad list? It is an all you can stomach episode (as it always is). Ruck ON!!

Stephen J Peak is in the wars. Kev can see light, crosses and a complete lack of activity at the end of the tunnel and Finey takes jumbo schnitzels and mini kisses. What does it all mean? Is this a sign from above? Is she really going out with him? Are Friends Electric? Do you know the way to San Jose? If you don't, listen to the episode now. More of these musically inane questions will be posed randomly on your phone. You think we are joking?

It's Question Time in the Ruck 'n Roll House. Kev asks If there is NIL in the till, how can Victoria host NFL, NBA and the NHL but not the Commonwealth Games? Finey wonders whether the good people of Victoria are the victims of a massive rort. And Stephen J Peak ponders whether it's best to use Menulog, Uber Eats or Deliveroo! The musical question - Is the 3XYchart from April 1976 as bad as it seems? And in the Deathalyser this week, a serious question regarding how we report, discuss and deal with suicide.

Ruck 'n Roll The Musical. Not as supercalifragilisticexpialidocious as it sounds. Our musical adventure this week involves Fiddlers, Face masks, Felines and Frank 'n Furter. Fabulous! On the sporting stage it's Spinners, Spurs and Superbowl.
Ruck 'n Roll The Musical does contains bad singing, musical ineptness and occasional mentions of Andrew Lloyd Webber (but only in a derogatory manner).

The wait is over. Kev, Finey and Stephen J return for 2025 and the sparks are flying early. The shame of Aussie sports fans exposed, dick pics (not exposed) but discussed and the holiday adventures across the globe are in the spotlight. Musically, it's back to February 1985 for a serving of Madonna, Style Council and The Stranglers. Get in the queue and get ready its the first serve of a very long 2025 match. Ruck on!

The final show of a very interesting year is here and it is a gift from the Gods of Podcasting. Three wise men were not enough so we enlisted the help of Ken Francis to place the angel on the top of the tree. Ho Ho Ho into some festive banter and yuletide hilarity plus the usual sprinkling of seasonal bulldust from Kev, Finey and Peaky. We will return in 2025 (T's& C's apply)
Merry Christmas from Kev, Finey, Stephen J, Ken and our producer Steve. Stay safe, happy travels and good health to you and your family. RUCK ON !

Delays, hospital rounds and a bout of the dreaded lurgi have been the order of the week, but the medicos have managed to restore Kev to active duty and we're off and running! This week, Peaky's legal skills may see him qualify for a secondary career in UN peacekeeping, Finey's doing the numbers on his body art project...and they're impressive on more counts than one...the Deathalyser serves up a shock, and we head back to November1966 for a look at the charts from 4BC.
And we have a wrap of all the AFL news, the AFLW Grand FInal, cricket and Formula 1, and a look ahead to see what 2025 has in store.

Can't bat, can't bowl but can sledge and with that show mantra, Kev, Finey and S J Peak give their views on the major stories of the week (some stories may appear bigger than they actually are). The 3XY chart this week is just that - WEAK like the Australian batting line up and both cop their rightful whack. No prisoners here, everyone is fair game, from Marnus to Ding Dong, Smudge to Dazza it's shame on.
Finally, Finey's been doing some sticker spotting and does not like what he sees.

The AFL, the ABC and the FBI all come into the RnR viewfinder this week. The national draft, the AFL fixture and Mike Tyson also have our attention. Ken Francis joins us for his thoughts on the Countdown 50 Year television special. And finally, what gems are unearthed from the 3XY Top 40 from December 1980? It is the usual vat of hot issues, implied scandal and outright fabrications that you have come to expect.
