This week is our Episode 8 Running Hacks

We had some tech issues this week with Audio, we so sorry about this ones audio quality (but we are still learning) 

Our inspirational runner of the week is 

 

Some of the hacks are

 Sleep in your workout clothes.

 Trade pricey chews and gels  for gummy bears, lollies snakes or baby food.

Curate an upbeat playlist to increase your speed.

 Wash your clothes in the shower.

 Volunteering at many races

Embrace all the free running apps

Our personal FAVE - When flying downhill around turns on trail runs, arms straight out while making airplane noises is an absolute must and MANY MORE but listen to hear them all
