In this weeks awesome show we are looking forward to this weekend's Edinburgh Marathon as three of us head to Scotland to run 26.2 miles! We look back at the Hackney Half and discuss some of the complaints from runners on that event. We discuss hydrating and being hydrated and also adjusting your runs for when it is hot! In the show we will also be going over the new Brighton Marathon route! As always there will be questions answered from our live audience and if we get time get to some of your emails!
