Dom talks about her activist work and how she became a voice for those who didn't know how to have one. She talks about speaking up and saying something authentically, with the possibility of failing, vs. performative allyship. Do canceled people get a second chance?? Dom also speaks to being plus sized and the back handed complements and mistreatment from companies she has had to face while being welcomed onto THEIR shoot. "Being yourself is not brave" - a quote that will forever have a place in our brains.
