S2 E7: Solo | What to Do When You Feel Stuck 'Eating Everything'

One of the first steps on an intuitive eating journey is to remove any restrictions around foods that have been previously restricted and to give yourself unconditional permission to eat all foods. Yes, even chocolate!

 

This can result in an incredible feeling of freedom and liberation, but you may also feel as though you are eating a lot of these foods, all of the time. Although this is a normal part of the process, it's common to get stuck at this stage. If this is happening to you right now, this episode will give you three strategies you can begin implementing to help you through it.
