From my Authentic Soul to Yours. I crack my heart wide open and share my experience this week at the lake as I watch myself not doing the things I'm "supposed to do" which ultimately leads to my complete surrender and healing of eczema. The "2023 Ball of Ezcama Misery" much like the "2017 Ball of Fat Misery". So similar, same surrender. Ah, the trials we can be grateful for on the other side.

WARNING: I get a bit emotional on here...weeping in gratitude and love for you all, the Universe...like EVERYTHING. 

I want to remember this emotional vibration next time I think I can't heal. 

I want to remember how to get out of my own way.
