2 AM download this week. I couldn't sleep so I poured my soul out to you, dear Heartsingers. Last week I made a comment about not doing things that don't bring me joy any more.

This week I wanted to share a concept I call "hard joy". 

Surely there could be considered some joy in a piece of chocolate cake as the sugar rushes to the dopamine recepters to the brain (Easy Joy), but how do we choose long term joy over those quick in the moment dope hits? 

The Shreya over Preya choices that lead us to long term health and longevity? To Self-Actualization?
