In this episode we chat to Sarah Chamberlain, the Global Head of Arete Coach which is the coaching course that Ben recently completed and that Shaz has just started!

Sarah talks to us about her journey with alcohol and how it all started in the 90s with ladette culture - drinking like the lads can drink, drinking the same drinks that the lads were drinking, keeping up with the lads on a night out - this was all part of the culture for young women at the time and alcohol was a huge part of their identity.

Sarah also talks about how her AF journey hasn't been a simple, linear one - she's got a good number of alcohol-free stints under her belt, and makes the point that you learn and grow every time you have an AF stint. Of course, she also talks to us about the Arete Coach course (which gives those who complete it a Diploma in Positive Coaching) and why she's so proud to work with Andy Ramage to shape and deliver it.
