Olivia is absolutely brimming with positivity about the huge benefits that removing alcohol can bring, for all types of drinker. She, of course, classed herself as a grey area drinker - and in this episode she explains what she means by that term, how it applied to her, and how it brought all of her sober curious thoughts together when she heard it on a podcast back in 2018.

Olivia is so passionate about alcohol-free life that she's gone back to university to study for a diploma in Alcohol Studies, and she feels as if its now her life person to help people untangle themselves from the traps that alcohol can create.
