In this episode we chat to the wonderful Neil Curtis, a man who we've got to know incredibly well as he joined our community on the very first day it launched back in July 2021!

Neil is now two years alcohol-free, and talks to us about how his second year of sobriety has felt different to the first - and how it has absolutely cemented his decision that living alcohol-free is the right choice for him. 

Neil joined us on our first ever OTI event last year when we tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and it was a tragic event at the top of the third mountain led him to decide to give up his time to help others in his second AF year. He tells us about what he's now fully qualified to do - and says that it wouldn't have happened had he not decided to remove alcohol from his life. 

This conversation is inspiring, it's uplifting, and its real - Neil wouldn't mind us saying that he's a normal bloke from Northamptonshire who's now doing extraordinary things, because he decided to make a change.
