Gary is ten years (yes a whole decade!) alcohol free and is smashing life. Following a challenging first year of sobriety, Gary ditched the alcoholic label and decided to leave that life behind him completely.

Recently, since the birth of his lovely daughter, he decided that through social media he would try to give others the helping hand that he needed a decade ago to say goodbye to alcohol.
