We’re delighted to finally say that in this episode we welcome the wonderful Millie Gooch on to the podcast!

Millie is based in Kent and quit drinking in her 20s following her first few years working as a journalist. She dived headfirst into drinking when she first arrived at university and found it difficult to slow the pace after graduating. One day woke up and decided that enough was enough.

Since then she has become the founder of Sober Girl Society which is an enormous community of women coming together to de-stigmatise the choice to go alcohol free. Not only that, but she is also one of our favourite Quit Lit authors having already released the Sober Girl Society Handbook and her much anticipated upcoming release ‘Booze Less: Rethinking Drinking for the Sober & Curious - A Guided Journal’ is out next month.
