How is AI changing WorkTech – and what role does SAP play, ANDREAS ENNEKING?
In this episode of the SAATKORN Podcast, I’m talking to Andreas Enneking, Head of Value Advisory at SAP. Andreas works closely with customers to help them unlock real business value from HR technology – both during implementation and long after go-live.
One quote that really stuck with me:
“Technology evolves incredibly fast – but the real challenge is bringing data, systems, and organizations along with it.”
Under other topics, we spoke about: the future of HR tech, the impact of AI and vibe coding on SaaS platforms, what really makes HR software projects successful, and how SAP itself deals with change when implementing its own technology.
🤝 HR & IT: Why Successful HR Tech Projects Need Both
HR software projects rarely succeed if they’re driven by only one side. According to Andreas, the key ingredient is true collaboration between HR and IT—because HR understands the processes, while IT ensures integration, security, and scalability.
🤖 AI, Vibe Coding & the Future of SaaS
Despite the hype around AI and “vibe coding,” Andreas doesn’t believe SaaS platforms will disappear. Instead, he sees a future where standard HR platforms remain the system of record, while organizations quickly build custom solutions on top.
🚀 After Go-Live: Where the Real Work Begins
Many companies treat implementation as the finish line. Andreas argues the opposite: the real value comes after go-live, when organizations continuously adopt new innovations, updates, and capabilities released by the platform.

How Can HR Become Truly Agile, RIINA HELLSTRÖM?
In this episode of the SAATKORN Podcast, I’m talking to Riina Hellström, Founder of the Agile HR Community and an internationally recognized expert for agile ways of working in HR. Originally from Finland and now based in London, Riina has spent years helping organizations rethink how HR operates in a world defined by constant change. What triggered her journey? Early in her career she was inspired by ideas around learning organizations – but quickly realized that traditional HR structures were far from that vision. Discovering agile methods in the software world became a turning point and ultimately led her to found the Agile HR Community.
One quote that really stuck with me:
“Agile is how you work in an uncertain environment.”
Among other topics, we spoke about the role of mindset shifts in HR, why traditional consulting models often fail to create real change, and how AI and upskilling will reshape the future of work.
🧠 From Process Thinking to Agile Mindsets
Riina explains why many organizations are still built around certainty, detailed plans, and rigid processes – while reality moves much faster. Agile thinking helps leaders accept uncertainty and focus on experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement instead of perfect upfront plans.
🔄 Reinventing HR Operating Models
Instead of traditional HR silos like L&D, compensation, or performance management, Riina advocates for cross-functional teams focused on delivering real value for employees and managers. Agile HR teams organize around people needs rather than internal structures.
🤖 AI, Upskilling and Personal Responsibility
With AI automating many routine tasks, employability increasingly depends on continuous learning. Riina argues that everyone must actively invest in their own skills – experimenting with new tools and technologies instead of waiting for organizations to reskill them.

How can we reach 50% time savings in Employer Branding, INGOLF TEETZ?
In this episode of the SAATKORN “Ask Ingolf” podcast series, I’m talking to Ingolf Teetz, Chief Innovation Officer at EMBRACE, AI developer and technology partner behind the new AI-powered Employer Branding Suite developed together with the agency Milch & Zucker.
The project explores how Artificial Intelligence can fundamentally transform the process of developing an Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
One quote that really stuck with me:
“AI isn’t replacing the creative work – it removes the manual work nobody should have to do, like typing thousands of data points.”
Together we discuss how AI processes workshop notes, handwritten questionnaires and qualitative interviews to dramatically accelerate employer branding projects — while still keeping humans in the loop.
🤖 From Handwritten Notes to Structured Insights
Employer branding projects generate massive amounts of qualitative data — flipcharts, workshop notes, questionnaires and interviews. AI now digitizes and structures this raw input automatically, eliminating hours of manual transcription.
⚡ 85% Faster Data Analysis
Once the data is captured, AI classifies thousands of employee statements into predefined attributes of the agency’s motivation model — a task that previously required extensive manual analysis and can now be completed dramatically faster.
🧠 AI as a Sparring Partner for EVP Development
Instead of generating an EVP fully automatically, consultants work with a specialized chatbot that analyzes the insights and supports the creative process — keeping human expertise at the center of the final strategy.

How Dangerous Is AI in Recruiting – and What Do We Keep Ignoring, Katharina Zweig?
In this SAATKORN podcast episode, I’m talking to Katharina Zweig, one of Germany’s most renowned AI experts, professor of computer science and head of the Algorithm Accountability Lab at RPTU. She combines deep technical expertise with societal responsibility – and challenges the hype around AI with refreshing clarity. One statement really stuck with me: “AI does not know that it knows nothing – we just interpret intelligence into it.” Under other topics, we spoke about:
🤖 The Illusion of Intelligence
Why large language models sound like experts – and why that doesn’t mean they understand anything at all.
⚖️ AI, Value Judgments & Discrimination
Why especially in HR we are dealing with value judgments – and why these are exactly the kind of decisions machines are worst at.
💥 Will the LLM Bubble Burst?
Why Katharina Zweig is convinced that the current language model hype will collapse – and why that would be dangerous for the truly valuable AI applications.
The core message: The real risk is not AI itself – it’s our willingness to outsource responsibility for complex human decisions. If you work in HR, leadership or tech and want to understand where AI really helps – and where it absolutely doesn’t – this episode will challenge your thinking.

Marc has been building Unleash since 2011 – from a small HR Tech event in Amsterdam to a global platform with over 10,000 attendees per year. One quote that really stuck with me:
“We don’t just have an AI revolution – we have an organizational design crisis.”
Under other topics, we spoke about:
🌍 Europe vs. US vs. Asia – Who Will Win the AI Race?
Venture capital in the US. Integration in Asia. Regulation and trust in Europe. Why governance might become Europe’s secret weapon in the AI era.

In this SAATKORN podcast episode, I’m talking to Ali Mahlodji – Business Humanist, Leadership Mentor, former refugee, school dropout, corporate manager, teacher, author – and one of the most inspiring voices when it comes to personal transformation. Ali’s journey alone is powerful. But what really hit me was this idea: “Your life can change in one second – either through a crisis or through inspiration.”
To mark the release of his new book, “No Desire to Work,” I invited him back to SAATKORN. Under other topics, we spoke about:
🚀 No Excuses in the Age of AI
Why AI is not just a tech topic – but an identity challenge. And why mindset is no longer “nice to have” but existential.

How is AI transforming global talent migration, Dr. MATTHIAS MAUCH?
German version below
In this episode of the SAATKORN Podcast, I’m talking to Dr. Matthias Mauch, Managing Director Germany at TERN, a company building technology to accelerate global talent migration. TERN combines AI-powered recruiting with complex immigration and integration processes to connect skilled workers from around the world with employers in Germany. Matthias is a passionate entrepreneur who originally co-founded a language school network in Tunisia that later evolved into a global recruiting infrastructure for healthcare and technical talent. Today, his team uses AI, data, and human support to bring qualified professionals from countries like India, Morocco, or Tunisia to Germany.
One quote that really stuck with me:
“It literally is the journey of your life.”
Because for many candidates, moving to Germany means years of preparation, language training, and life-changing opportunities for entire families.
Under other topics, we spoke about:
🤖 AI Recruiting That Actually Reduces Complexity
TERN’s AI assistant “Sophia” analyzes hundreds of candidate attributes and job requirements to identify the best matches between employers and international talent—dramatically reducing the number of candidates needed per successful hire.
🌍 The Hidden Effort Behind International Hiring
From visa processes to language exams and recognition of qualifications, bringing skilled workers to Germany often takes 6–9 months and enormous effort from both employers and candidates.
🤝 Technology + Human Connection = Successful Integration
Even with advanced AI, TERN invests heavily in the human side: employers often travel abroad to meet candidates personally, which significantly improves long-term retention and cultural integration.

🤝 Technologie + menschliche Verbindung = erfolgreiche Integration
