I’ve been less inclined to be on social media recently. To me, it’s bombarded with ads, peeps I don’t know, feels “noisy”, algorithm-ised to the max and the feed just doesn’t end!

I actually don’t scroll on here or get sucked into a vortex and end up a zombie. I do look at reels for inspo, check DMs as peeps reach out to do business, potential clients want to work with me and then I tap out.

But something in me just doesn’t feel the same desire I once had to always be on here. Something in me is saying, “live and drink in the life that is around you.” And I’m listening.

Maybe I’ll tap out for a few months. For now, I’m just off it more and will commit to Sacred Sundays of no socials. That feels like a nice place to begin.

I’ve definitely noticed already how much more time I have, space to tap into myself and my life, and am very much enjoying the additional peace in my mind.
