10:14 - The 4th Tuesday of the month in the 2nd hour brings a visit from our best for the restie, Sam The Cooking Guy. 10:35pm - Coming out of the bullpen tonight are a pair of new guests to the show who both appear to have a love-affair going with the griddle cooker...specifically Blackstone! Brandon Bressner and Ryan Hoogland join me to talk about their fancy for these types of cookers and how that grew into creating the first ever "Griddle Battle" that took place during a KCBS competition that Brandon organizes in Eureka, IL this past July 15th. We will get a recap of the event and what their plans are (if any) to grow this sector of competition cooking!
