0:14pm - Finally, after an unforeseen (but foreseen) layoff of 3 MONTHS, Sam The Cooking Guy is back in the hot seat. So much has happened since we last got together in September of 2023. Sam has been to Korea, Mexico and celebrated 2 major holidays to close the year out. All the while, he has been pumping out great content on his world famous YouTube Channel. There is a fine chance that we extend into the :35past segment as well as there is so much to talk about tonight!



10:35pm - Who knows if there will be any time left or not, but if there is, we might get an in-studio visit from Division 2 football superstar Quinton Posey from the Seton Hill University Griffins. Quinton, a defensive back for the Griffins, is coming off his best year to date and looks to get one more season in before he hangs up the spikes for good! If we get here, we will peel back the curtain and show you the real deal recruiting tactics that happen in college!
