(February 1, 2022 – Hour Two)

10:14pm – Leading off the 2nd hour is YouTube sensation, cookbook author and regional celebrity to Southern California with 15 Emmy’s to his credit, Sam The Cooking Guy. Tonight we will lead off the segment by playing “What Does Sam Like Best” and the winner will receive something really neat! After the game, Sam and I will talk about the upcoming release of his new book “Between The Buns” and also take a lookin to his 6th book which is starting to come together as we speak. Sam will give us a peak into what that side of the business looks like.

10:35pm – Since I am not sure how long the segment before this one is going to go, I am reserving some time at the end of the show to reveal the latest BBQ Central Show animation of one of the most popular and talked about segments of the show “The Meathead Pineapple Take”. Great all on its own but even better thanks to Damian Rodriguez and his incredible animation skills!! At just 17 years old, Damian has an incredible future as a contract animator or, frankly, whatever he wants to do in that realm. If you want something animated you should email me for his info and grab him while you can still afford him. I am looking into getting many more bits of the show done before someone grabs him up for good!!
