(March 3, 2020 - Hour Two)
In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by 1st Tuesday of the month regular guest, Sam The Cooking Guy. We missed him last month so we have plenty of stuff to catch up on to include the opening of his 2nd restaurant, the opportunity to get a hold of a 3rd restaurant (in the works) and, of course, talk about those incredibly delicious looking scalloped potatoes that he did earlier this week for his YouTube Channel!
Helping me close the show tonight is Weber Grill's Grillmaster, Kevin Kolman. The Weber pellet cooker is the hottest topic in the backyard world right now and has been for the past 2 weeks. There has been concern from current SmokeFire owners about pellet feeding issues, ash collection, grease collection, the needed use of drip pans and grease fires. We will talk to Kevin about all of these issues and see what Weber is planning to do for their current owner base.
