Sarah Malone: Elite athlete and trainer helps people find their "Spark" and fall in love with fitness

Sarah "Sparks" Malone discusses training people to be the best versions of themselves and  how she helps people move past fear to find purpose, drive, and energy to live their best, healthiest life. She also tells her method of using her struggles as kindling to her mission and passion – to get people to love fitness.


Tailored Program

Everyone is different. There is no cookie-cutter program when it comes to fitness, so it differs for each. As a coach, Sarah’s job is to make sure that the program her clients are following is only enough for them. Her goal is to make people fall in love with fitness. The rationale behind this is that when people implement fitness in their daily lives, they discover so much about themselves and become more of who they are created to be. Sarah explains that fitness goes beyond the physical aspect; it is also a science of associating positive emotions with what they do. Having the right program makes or breaks a person’s outlook towards fitness. If they are given something more than they can handle, they tend to look at fitness in a bad light. This ultimately does not reach the goal of having people fall in love with fitness. Longevity is also important too. The purpose of fitness, after all, is to live the highest quality of life as long as possible.


About Sarah Sparks Malone:

Sarah Malone is a NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & group instructor who goes beyond fitness techniques and dives into the important mindset and emotional patterns that drive us to either succeed or fail in our health & fitness pursuits.

She has developed her training and nutrition methods from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and uses the processes taught by Tony Robbins, Ed Mylett, Brendan Burchard, and many more to dive into the core of what creates the habits and patterns in our life.
