As I have been navigating some health issues for over a month now, I have been reflecting on what is health?
We're given a lot of different messages from diet culture or fitness culture around various different definitions of health. There are also many different kinds of health. Mental health. Physical health. Emotional health. Spiritual health.
Honestly, I don't think anyone can define health for you. Only you're going to know what health feels like in your unique body and what facilitates that feeling.
In this week’s episode, I talk with Brenna O'Malley about what is health, how to bring more focus to your mental health, and how your food and body patterns have been trying to support you in cultivating the health you're looking for.
