In this week's Saturday Minisode, I'm talking about that often elusive (but always needed) concept of self-confidence. I talk about my own struggles with self-confidence over the years, and how I've worked to cultivate more of it.

The good news is that self-confidence is something that ALL of us have the power to develop, and I talk about a few ways that we can improve what is, essentially, the belief we have 
in ourselves.

Working to improve our self-confidence is a step in the right direction if we want to feel better about our lives and, ultimately, ourselves.
