Suzi Dafnis is probably one of the most unassumingly successful entrepreneurs I’ve ever come across. This woman is a powerhouse who has helped thousands of businesses and owners be incredibly successful - but she’s so humble and down to earth, you’d never know all the famous shoulders this woman has worked alongside in her incredible career.

These days Suzi’s BIG passion is helping women business owners create the impact, the income and the results they want through their business and do what they love every day. She does that as the CEO of HerBusiness, a collaborative online membership community of women who are growing and scaling a business.

For over 27 years, HerBusiness has provided mentoring and training that has helped thousands grow sustainable businesses and move away from the so-called ‘hobby businesses’ to profitable and large scale companies.

Suzi started her first business in the spare room of her home in her late 20s, with no savings and no business degree and built that into an $18 million business with 45 staff and offices in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

Suzi is passionate about personal development and the inner game of being an entrepreneur - the mindset, confidence and willingness to show up as yourself every day. She has a real love of learning and knowledge, and is an incredible early adopter of social media and technology, a real trailblazer in her field. Suzi has been podcasting and running online trainings since 2007 - long before most people even know what podcasting was!!

A multi award-winning business owner herself, it’s her generous soul and real interest in others that I’ve been taken by in the years I’ve been admiring Suzi from afar. She’s had such an interesting career journey, I absolutely loved this conversation. I hope you enjoy it too!
