Bowel Cancer is often mistaken as an old person's disease. However, in Australia, one in 10 people diagnosed is under 50. Akiko and Fran are among them, and the disease in young people is on the rise.

A Sydney couple have been sentenced today for enslaving a Filipino woman and keeping her in forced labour at their home and business for over three years. The case has highlighted the issue of modern-day slavery, with Australian authorities saying everyone in the community has a role to play in stopping it.
