Not even a year ago Lynne took up running, convinced it wasn't for her but willing to give it  bash anyway. She had 'barely ever run the length of herself' before then.  Less than a year later and she is hooked and readying herself to take part in the Virtual ARF 'Double Dare', running both a 10k and a half marathon between 10 and 13 September.

Lynne talks about how she found an unlikely love for running and how she has grown to enjoy something she never thought she would.  It's an inspiring hour so sit back, grab a brew and enjoy....
