Cammy (he's the one on the left in the podcast cover pic) gives us superb tips and advice on some of the most common running injuries, ways we could avoid them, things we can do to speed up recovery from injuries as well as some great ideas for pre and post race routines. We also hear a little about what lockdown has been like in his profession and generally have a good chinwag about running, physio and injury.  Something nearly all of us can relate too!
