Building up your people looks like: Actively supporting, encouraging and praising your folks. Making them feel valued and confident in themselves through your words and actions. It’s about fostering positive relationships by highlighting their strength and uplifting support.

In life and in death you should remain 10 toes down! Loyalty is the name of the game.
