What a delightful man, José Pizarro is. He truly is a ray of Spanish sunshine!

Born and raised in a small village in Spain, José came to the UK not speaking an ounce of English! Fast forward, and the man is now owns 4 restaurants and has 5 cookbooks to his name. For a man who was going to become a dental technician, he really has proven anything is possible with some resilience and determination!
