What a special episode this was, getting to sit down with one of my favourite childhood boybands, Five! They’re back with a new album after 20 years and I got to chat to them all about it!

The three of them, Scott, Ritchie and Sean, all admitted they’re much healthier than they used to be; in fact, none of them had eaten breakfast as they’re all intermittent fasting!!

We cover everything: Scott’s bizarre food phobias, Ritchie’s childhood nickname and Sean’s love of anything spicy!

They also reflect on the early days of their career, how lonely it was, the crazy world of fame and how food had very little importance!
