from award-winning songwriters and is the author of the book and host of the upcoming podcast “Self-Care for the Creative,'' which both discuss self-care strategies for people in creative communities.

Stefani talks about how being highly sensitive has helped her as a creator, the connection between creative people and HSPs/empaths, how your mindset can hold you back and how she dealt with this, and how having no boundaries affected her personal and professional life. She also shares a favorite tip from her book and talks about her experience with depression (and shares a skill that helped her during this difficult time).
