The 8 dimensions (according to Dr. Peggy Swarbrick) are emotional & mental, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, social, physical, and spiritual. 

In this series, each episode will dive deep into one of the dimensions. Our goal is that by providing conversations from various friends and experts - we can all continue further on our paths of personal wellness.

We think 2023 should be about listening to yourself and what works for YOU - a holistic approach to health - to discover a lifestyle that is balanced, sustainable and realistic based off your wants and needs.

There can be a lot of societal pressure to get an immediate start on your goals in January but we wanted to reassure you that if you’re still in hibernation season that is absolutely okay too. Take what information resonates and leave the rest.
