On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Shanna Birchett! Shanna is a huge inspiration to all running parents out there, especially moms!

Shanna grew up running, but took a long break while having her kids. She recently picked it back up again and had immediate success! In her first marathon at CIM in 2023 she ran a 2:53, and then followed that up with a stunning 2:44 at Grandma's Marathon this year. OTQ 2028 incoming?? We think so.

Shanna shares her story as a mom of 6 and elite athlete on her Instagram page where she now has 100k followers! We really enjoyed getting to know her more on this episode, she is a lot of fun!
