This week on Sheena Interrupted, TRID and Lauren are reading your wildest comments…and the internet certainly has opinions.
They react to everything from over-the-top compliments and relationship questions to eyebrow criticism, an unsolicited ADHD theory, and one listener who was very unimpressed with TRID Summer.
Then TRID and Lauren blind-taste and rank a lineup of unusual and spicy chips, including Golden Sriracha Doritos, Pizza Pringles, Dill Pickle Lay’s, All Dressed chips, Takis Fuego, and Ghost Pepper plantains. Their reactions make absolutely no scientific sense: Lauren can handle Ghost Pepper but nearly gets taken out by a Dorito.
Plus, millennial snack nostalgia, a reality show for partying grandmas, and several business ideas no one should be trusted to pursue.

What do Moulin Rouge, a box of poop, and sleeping in socks have in common? Apparently... this episode.
This week on Sheena Interrupted, TRID and Lauren are left unsupervised...and nothing stays normal for long. They revisit the elaborate lie that convinced Lauren Moulin Rouge would be an adults-only nightmare while she sat directly between her parents. Then TRID explains why he mailed a box labeled “human specimen” through UPS before the two put their strangest everyday habits on trial in a game of Normal or Not: eating in bed, brushing your teeth in the shower, sleeping in socks, speeding up when someone walks behind you, and more.
It’s equal parts oversharing, accidental life advice, and exactly what happens when Sheena leaves TRID and the producer alone with microphones.
Apparently, women have been shaving their toes in silence…and TRID has only just discovered it.
What begins with Lauren admitting that body hair has been one of her deepest insecurities becomes a hilarious and unexpectedly honest conversation about PCOS, beauty standards, aging, motherhood, social media, friendships, and the pressure to look effortlessly “put together.”
Sheena, TRID, Lauren, and Jae unpack why we should never minimize someone else’s insecurity, how confidence changes as we get older, and the clearest difference between real confidence and arrogance: how you respond to feedback.
It’s chaotic, vulnerable, surprisingly wholesome, and a reminder that everyone has something, even when you’d never guess it from the outside.
In this father-daughter episode, TRID sits down with Zara to talk about her brand-new kid-run book review website, why she's suddenly thinking like an entrepreneur, and what it's really like growing up today. They also dive into tween trends, favorite brands, summer camp stories, hilarious "Would You Rather" questions, back-to-school shopping, and some truly questionable dad jokes.
If you've ever wondered what's actually going on inside the mind of a tween...or you just want to laugh along with a father and daughter who never stay on topic...this one's for you.

What happens when you hand the microphones to two teenagers and simply let them talk?
In this episode, Jae and Zara take over Sheena Interrupted for an honest, funny, and surprisingly insightful conversation about what it's actually like growing up today.
From social media, texting, and school to independence, gratitude, friendships, and the little things adults just don't understand, nothing is off limits. Along the way, they debate modern etiquette, share their biggest hot takes, dream up future businesses, and somehow end up giving some of the best life advice we've heard on this podcast.
Whether you're raising a teenager, are a teenager, or just want a fresh perspective on growing up in today's world, this conversation might surprise you.
TRID Summer continues... but this week, we want to welcome our FIRST. EVER. GUEST...Raghav Tanna, the Founder of Little Sparks Project 🎉 . What starts as a fun conversation about parenting, marriage, and (an alarming amount of) mustache talk, turns into one of the most powerful conversations we have ever had.
Raghav shares the story of his son Brooks, who was born with Apert Syndrome, a rare genetic condition, and the terrifying day that changed his life forever. This experience inspired Little Sparks Project—an organization that's now helping families facing some of life's hardest moments.
This episode will make you laugh.
It might make you cry.
And it'll definitely make you appreciate what really matters.

Welcome back to TRID Summer!! This week on Sheena Interrupted, you're getting something a little different. What started as a quick call (with producer Lauren) to plan the podcast, somehow became the podcast. No script. No topic. No direction. Just eight minutes inside TRID's brain.
Along the way, there were new characters, unsolicited life advice, questionable business ventures, and enough tangents to fill an entire episode (literally just 8 minutes).
The best part?
TRID had absolutely no idea he was being recorded and that this was the only content we had for an episode.
So here it is.
Welcome to TRID Summer.
GUYS!! It is officially #TRIDSUMMER ☀️ Sheena is taking the summer off, which means TRID is officially taking over the podcast.
In this episode, we brainstorm everything TRID Summer could become: silent podcast episodes, terrible business ideas, mukbangs, surprise guests, fake doctors, audience challenges, questionable inventions, and whatever else happens to be living inside TRID's brain.
Somewhere along the way, we accidentally end up talking about fear, regrets, getting older, and making the most of the time we have.
Mostly though, this is the official kickoff of what may be the weirdest season of Sheena Interrupted yet.
Now it's your turn...
