It's forced some to move animals to safety, while others saw equipment destroyed.Dave Wolpin is marking his tenth year with Dave's Produce Packs in Hampton. Canada's three largest cities are also its most youthful, according to a new, first of its kind report by Toronto-based social enterprise Youthful Cities. The Youthful Cities index examines how attractive 13 Canadian cities are to young people. Topping the list are Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Moncton is in the middle. Youthful Cities co-founder Robert Barnard said the cities are considered more prosperous, happier, and offer more opportunities.

To help return some of these items to their rightful owners, some residents have organized groups for cleanups and item exchanges.
