Finley and Landon Funsten are a husband + wife combination that own the Charlotte, NC portfolio of MADabolic studios.

Finley started her journey with MADabolic as a client.

Then evolved into a trainer, was promoted to GM and later was given the option to buy into the CLT portfolio by the previous owners (also co-founders of MAD).

Landon joined her as they later purchased 100% equity and opened a third location in 2024.

We discuss their role as owners together, juggling newborn babies and family life, struggles with managing the HR bandwidth of 3 locations and future growth plans.
