This is the 5th episode of Shoot The Shit, my longform conversations with individuals in the fitness industry who are doing dope thing...and I'm really excited for you guys to hear from the man, Mr. Jason Khalipa and myself jam out on a ton of different topics.
For those of you not familiar with Jason's work, he was the 2008 CrossFit Games champion and shortly after winning he opened his first gym, CrossFit Santa Clare. But unlike most of us in the microgym space, Jason didn't stop at one facility - he know solely owns an empire of locations across the globe that have been rebranded as NCFit. He's ventured into the tech/app space with his NCFit Collective app which provides trainers and coaches with detailed workouts, lesson plans and coaching cues and he's just launched his brand new consumer based app in which he hopes to land grab and become the Peloton of Functional Fitness.
If you're familiar with Shoot The Shit, you know that I don't ask the typical questions and we don't have the standard conversations that are too commonly exhausted in the regular podcast circuit - and this episode is no different.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Jason Khalipa.
